Images have power. Emotion, beauty, spirituality, and morality, among others, can be expressed in a single image. They can warm us, inform us, and help us to feel connected.

Being in the wilderness is the best way I know of to feel connected to the Whole. Words fail when I try to express the deep spirituality and connection felt when faced with the reality that humans are only one piece of God's incredible Creation puzzle. Through my travels I have been privileged and humbled to observe and experience more pieces of God's puzzle.

It is my deepest hope to capture for posterity these pieces of nature and wilderness, as many of them are quickly vanishing; to capture this minute moment of time. I hope these images convey a fractional mirror of their Maker. I hope they inspire.
